Shipping and Returns Policy

Hey Babe! Thank you so much for shopping with us! 

Currently we offer free shipping on ALL orders in the US. 


Unfortunately some things don't work out. Whether your order just doesn't fit right or really isn't you, we want you to absolutely love everything you purchased from Fresh Apparel! 

We allow returns within a 15 day return period from the day of delivery for a full refund, and a 30 day return period for store credit. Anything past the 30 day mark will be returned back to you.

All items returned must be returned in the condition they were sent in- unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached. Any item returned with damages or in an unacceptable condition will be returned back to you.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling on all returns. Please include your packing slip with the return. 

Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed. And then 1-3 days for your account to be credited in your original form of payment. If your return qualifies for store credit, we will email you an electronic gift card to use. 

All items purchased "on sale" are non-refundable. Hats and jewelry are always considered final sale.
